  • Many services are included with your membership in your annual physical, drive-up urgent care evalutations, basic point of care testing, and telehealth appointments. 

  •  Other fee-for-service items will also be available as listed below

* Pediatric vaccines not provided in clinic but can referred to local health department. All vaccination preferences and schedules accepted. Newborn health care will be peformed by ECU Health or other covering entity until hospital discharge

** Home urgent care visits after hours may be additional fee
